TheNet/OTM (On The Move) Is an account suppliment that gives you the flexibility of receiving your email where ever you are. With a TheNet/OTM suppliment you can receive your email to your mobile phone or pager. The service can be attatched to any existing account and any existing Mobile Phone or pager that meets one of the Standards set out below.

TheNet/OTM allows two forms of email to pager delivery and allows the setup of mail filters that will automatically pick only the mail that you want and forward it to your mobile communications equipement.

• Message Alert.
  • Forwards an alert signal to the pager or mobile phone when new email arrives. The message format includes the senders email address and subject line upto a maximum length of 80 characters. This can be changed as required to suit your wishes.
• Message Forward.
  • The full email is forwarded to the pager or mobile phone. The maximum size is dependent upon the pager or mobile phones capabilities. The message is charged per block of 80 characters.

TheNet/OTM also gives the ability to send out email to a pager or mobile phone when the number is known. Lists can be setup as part of the Message Broadcast Service to allow the message to be broadcast to several pagers or mobile phones simultaneously.

• Message Broadcast Service.
  • Message Broadcast allows the broadcast of email to multiple mobile phones and pagers. The service operates using easily configured lists that act as a single mailing address. When email is sent tot this address it is broadcast to all mobile phones and pagers that have been configured as part of the mailing list.
